Claim unsold items: Monday to Friday until October 23, 2026, at Value Sports, #101 440 West Hastings St, Vancouver, 604-897-5555.
Unclaimed items after October 24 will be considered donated to the Canadian Ski Patrol.

Grab a Piece of Government-Issued Photo ID
Bring a government issued piece of Photo ID such as a Driver's License, Services Card, or Passport.

Grab Your Used Skis, Snowboards, Boots, Poles and Bindings.
Unfortunately, we are unable to consign any helmets, clothing, or avalanche safety gear.

Head to The Winter Extreme Public Gear Drop Off on Friday from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
We are accepting consignment items on Friday October 16 at the Fairgrounds Public Racket Club, Capilano Mall, in North Vancouver.

Finalize Your Item Listing(s)
Decide whether you want to use a Red Tag or White Tag. Red Tags will automatically discount 20% on the second sale day. Not sure how much to list your item for? Our Gear Experts can provide a recommendation.

Watch Out for an Email Notification
At the end of each sale day, we email you a report of all of your items that sold.

Get Paid!
We take 20% of the pre-tax selling price of your item as a commission. The remainder is paid to you. Cheques are sent out within 2 business days of the event and usually arrive by the Friday following an event.

Pick Up Any Unsold Items
All unsold items may be picked up from Value Sports at 440 W Hastings St, Unit 101. Any items not picked up will be donated.
